Preorder Launch Edition Computer Monitors
This Limited-Lifetime Warranty is provided by Pulse PCs LLC (“Pulse PCs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser of the Preorder Launch Edition Monitor (“Product”) in the United States.
1. Warranty Coverage
Pulse PCs LLC warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, including mechanical malfunctions resulting from normal consumer use, for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions below.
For purposes of this Limited-Lifetime Warranty, “lifetime” means the period during which the original purchaser owns the Product.
This warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from Pulse PCs LLC or from an authorized reseller during the official preorder launch period and delivered within the United States.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
Mechanical malfunctions affecting structural or functional integrity
Failures of internal hardware components under normal operating conditions
Wear resulting from normal, intended consumer use
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Pulse PCs LLC will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the Product at no charge,
Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality, or
Provide a refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.
Replacement products may contain refurbished or remanufactured parts that meet functional standards equivalent to new parts.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, liquid exposure, or improper installation
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or failure to use appropriate surge protection
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not impair functionality
Pixel characteristics that fall within standard industry tolerances
Damage caused by use outside recommended environmental conditions
Consumable or replaceable accessories (cables, adapters, packaging materials)
Damage resulting from third-party mounts, stands, or accessories
Commercial, industrial, rental, or enterprise use unless expressly approved in writing
4. Wear Through Normal Use
This warranty covers mechanical and operational wear that occurs through normal consumer use consistent with the Product’s intended purpose and user documentation.
It does not cover degradation caused by excessive operating hours beyond typical residential consumer use, intentional stress testing, mining operations, or similar high-intensity use cases.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must:
Provide proof of purchase
Provide the Product serial number
Submit a description of the defect
Follow troubleshooting steps provided by Pulse PCs
Return the Product if requested
Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
For approved claims within the United States:
Pulse PCs LLC will cover standard ground shipping costs for warranty repair or replacement.
Expedited shipping may incur additional charges.
Repaired or replaced Products will continue to be covered under this Limited-Lifetime Warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the Product.
6. Transferability
This Limited-Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the terms of this Limited-Lifetime Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pulse PCs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.
The Company’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
9. Governing Law
This Limited-Lifetime Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the original purchaser resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Commercial Use Limited Warranty
(Preorder Launch Edition Monitor – United States)
This Commercial Use Limited Warranty (“Commercial Warranty”) is provided by Pulse PCs LLC (“Pulse PCs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies exclusively to Products used for commercial, business, institutional, rental, industrial, or enterprise purposes within the United States.
This Commercial Warranty is separate from and does not extend the Consumer Limited-Lifetime Warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage & Term
Pulse PCs LLC warrants that the Preorder Launch Edition Monitor (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
“Commercial use” includes, but is not limited to:
Office or enterprise deployment
Retail, hospitality, or public display use
Rental or shared environments
Production, development, or studio environments
Any use exceeding standard residential consumer patterns
This warranty applies only to the original purchasing business entity and is non-transferable.
2. What Is Covered
During the Warranty Period, Pulse PCs LLC will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the Product,
Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality, or
Provide a refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.
Coverage includes:
Mechanical malfunctions
Internal hardware failures under normal commercial operation
Defects in materials or workmanship
Replacement units may contain refurbished components meeting functional specifications equivalent to new parts.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Commercial Warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, or negligence
Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
Damage from power surges, improper voltage, or failure to use surge protection
Burn-in, image retention, or pixel degradation resulting from static content display
Excessive operating hours beyond rated panel specifications
Mining, stress testing, or extreme high-intensity use
Consumables or accessories (cables, adapters, packaging)
On-site service, labor, or installation costs
4. Commercial Operating Conditions
For commercial environments, the Product must be operated:
Within manufacturer-specified temperature and humidity ranges
Using appropriate surge protection
Within recommended daily operational hour guidelines
Failure to comply may void this warranty.
5. Warranty Claims
To initiate a claim, the purchasing business must:
Provide proof of purchase
Provide the Product serial number
Provide a description of the defect
Cooperate with troubleshooting procedures
Return the Product if requested
Pulse PCs LLC will cover standard ground return shipping within the United States for approved warranty claims. The customer is responsible for shipping the Product to Pulse PCs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS COMMERCIAL WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TWO (2) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
PULSE PCS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
8. Governing Law & Venue
This Commercial Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Pulse PCs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
