Limited Hardware Warranty

Effective Date: February 15, 2026

This Limited Hardware Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Pulse PCs LLC (“Pulse PCs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to Pulse PCs branded desktop computers and monitors (“Products”) sold directly by Pulse PCs LLC unless expressly state otherwise.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

Pulse PCs LLC warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

  • Three (3) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

2. What Is Covered

During the Warranty period, Pulse PCs will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective Product;

  • Replace the defective Product or component with new or refurbished parts of equal or greater performance; or

  • Refund the original purchase price (less shipping and non-refundable fees) if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

This Warranty covers hardware defects in:

  • Motherboard

  • CPU

  • GPU (if included)

  • RAM

  • Power supply

  • Storage devices

  • Cooling components

  • Internal wiring

  • Monitor panel and internal electronics (for monitors)

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty period.

3. What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does NOT cover:

3.1 Software

  • Operating systems, drivers, firmware updates, or third-party software

  • Malware, viruses, corruption, or data loss

3.2 Customer-Induced Damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Physical abuse, drops, or impact damage

  • Electrical damage from power surges or improper voltage

  • Improper installation or use not in accordance with provided instructions

  • Damage from use with incompatible components

3.3 Unauthorized Modifications

  • Overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications

  • BIOS modifications

  • Cryptocurrency mining or other high-stress industrial usage

  • Opening, modifying, or replacing components without prior written authorization (unless such modification is legally protected under applicable law)

3.4 Normal Wear and Consumables

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)

  • Thermal paste degradation

  • Dust accumulation

  • Normal fan wear

3.5 Third-Party Components

If a Product contains third-party branded components (e.g., GPU manufacturer, SSD brand), those components may also be covered by their original manufacturer warranties. Pulse PCs does not guarantee or extend third-party warranties.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim, you must:

  1. Contact us at: michael@pulseperformancepcs.com

  2. Provide proof of purchase

  3. Provide a detailed description of the issue

  4. Follow troubleshooting steps provided by our support team

Failure to follow required troubleshooting procedures may delay or void the claim.

We may require:

  • Photos or video evidence

  • Return of the Product for inspection

  • Serial number verification

5. Shipping for Warranty Service

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging Products.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Pulse PCs unless the Product is determined to be defective within the first 30 days after delivery.

  • Pulse PCs will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty repairs within the continental United States.

If no defect is found upon inspection, the customer may be responsible for diagnostic and return shipping fees.

6. Inspection and Fraud Prevention

Pulse PCs reserves the right to:

  • Inspect returned Products for tampering or part swapping

  • Document serial numbers and component IDs

  • Deny warranty claims involving missing, substituted, or damaged internal components

If evidence of fraud, part swapping, or intentional damage is discovered, the Warranty will be void and the Product may be returned at the customer’s expense.

7. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting a Product for warranty service.

Pulse PCs is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or recovery.

8. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

  • PULSE PCS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

  • TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express Warranty.

10. Transferability

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable without written consent from Pulse PCs LLC, except where prohibited by law.

11. Voiding of Warranty

This Warranty is automatically void if:

  • The serial number label is removed or altered

  • Internal components are swapped without authorization

  • Damage results from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair

  • Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated prior to resolution of warranty procedures

12. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Any disputes arising under this Warranty shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
