Unless otherwise stated:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom-built or modified systems may be subject to restocking fees or may be non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Limited Warranty

Pulse PCs LLC provides a limited warranty on its computers and monitors as described in our Warranty Policy.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents, liquid damage, power surges, or external causes.

  • Opening or modifying hardware without authorization may void the warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY.
